Crap!!! The good and bad!!

I think I'm getting sick which will suck cuss I really need to work out!!! Good cruise has been booked for the Mediterranean for my birthday do I have 2 months to kick my ass into some type of shape(preferably not round :p)... Let's do it!!! 180 trying for at least 165

It's been awhile...

So it seems I have lost a total of five pounds. This past week and weekend I relaxed it no counting no exercise. Just laziness... I don't know what's going on. School probably it is my nĂºmero UNO stressor... But today was shitty progress that me and hubby were making got trampled. But I am sure it too shall pass. So glad I have faith and I can move on from this day. I plan to kick my butt into gear I have a cruise to get ready for dang it... I'm thinking of doing a juice reboot I read about. Well I will continue to think about it.. Well on the bright side my son makes me feel so much better funny lil guy...good night world

Pirate day!!!

So due to almost losing my eye on Tuesday thanks to the lil munchkin. I have fell off my healthy eating wagon. Not to bad just haven't had much time to prepare as I planned. And having great Puerto Rican rice on Monday. I plan to come back with a vengeance and I will not let minor slip ups define me. But I definitely got enough pirate jokes to last me the rest of the year. Argghhhhh

Shark week

So shark week is finally over. Man, I did not do so well this week. Not bad but chocolate seemed to know my name personally. The crazy part is not even that big of a chocolate fan, you couldn't tell my body that this week. I know I have been doing better cus when I eat too much bad stuff I get a tummy ache. This week I will better. At least most of the days I did stay under my caloric intake and I kept my workouts. So here's to another week!!!

Fitness

Oh what a wide works it is. I'm learning so much about it. I've been trying to stay motivated and educated. This 30 day shred is a def butt kicker... I will not give up. So far u have lost a pound hooray.. It's only been a week so that's good!!! Yay!!! And then the damn firm scouts had to come out with there little cookies. I'm overseas and they still for me darn it. Lol I will just have to work our harder. Today I did so well ate some healthy Alfredo while I made my hubby the good stuff. Honestly nine wasn't bad but his smelt oh so much better. I will not give up!!!

So today I started the 30 day shred. Yea it kicked ass lol... I watched what I ate and jotted it down thanks to my handy dandy app(myfitnesspal)... So hopefully by the end of
The 30 days I will have shredded something lol. Gotta keep motivated and educated. In it to win it!!! 2012 will be my year...
